Hines l Archstone, in partnership with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, will hold a Pre-Invitation Conference to discuss upcoming construction opportunities on the CityCenterDC project. The conference will include an overview of the project, the construction schedule, procurement opportunities and compliance requirements.
Small and local businesses are particularly encouraged to attend. All bidders for construction opportunities are required to target at least 35% of their subcontracting opportunities to District of Columbia Certified Business Enterprises.
