PRE-SOLICITATION WORKSHOP FOR CITYCENTERDC

Clark/Smoot, acting as General Contractor, in conjunction with Hines/Archstone, Master Developer, will be holding a Pre-Solicitation Workshop for Exterior and M/E/P Trade Contractors and Finish and Specialty Trade Contractors. Topics to be covered at the workshop include contracting requirements and bid schedule, with a special session on CBE joint venture requirements. Pre-Invitation Conference for Construction Contracting Requirements and Opportunities

When: April 28, 2009, 6:30 PM
Where: Walter E. Washington Convention Center

Hines|Archstone and Clark/Smoot, in partnership with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, will be holding a Pre-Invitation Conference to discuss upcoming construction and general services contracting opportunities on the CityCenterDC development project. The conference will include an overview of the project, the construction schedule, procurement opportunities and compliance requirements.
